How do I determine the correct size for my horse?
To measure your horse for a blanket, use a soft measuring tape to measure from the center of the chest, around the side, and to the point of the tail. Compare your measurement to our size chart on each product page to ensure a perfect fit.
How do I care for my horse blanket?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your blanket, wash sparingly at a maximum of 30º water temperature. Close all velcro and fastenings before washing, and hang dry. Don't tumble dry. Don't dry clean.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is updated in real-time on our website, and it is indicated on each product page.
Shipping and Returns
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via standard delivery methods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping threshold depends on the delivery address.

What is your return policy?
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I return an item?

How can I receive a 0% VAT invoice for my business?
If your business is eligible for 0% VAT, you can follow the same process as placing a standard order. Enter your VAT number and other details in the "Order special instructions" during checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at sales@rivertonequestrian.com. We will issue the VAT invoice and refund any due VAT amount after verifying your VAT number through the VIES VAT validation system.

How do I create an account?
