Refund policy

At Riverton Equestrian, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving them.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Recommendation: To maintain the item’s return eligibility, we advise you to try horse blankets over a clean sheet or another clean blanket. This helps prevent the transfer of horse hair, dirt, or odors onto the product.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@rivertonequestrian.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Grens 65, 2370 Arendonk, Belgium. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that a return shipping fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund if the return is approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized products items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and make a new purchase for the desired item once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that a return shipping fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund, and the initial shipping fee is not a subject to refund. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
