Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following European countries, categorized by tiers. Free shipping is available for orders that exceed the minimum order value per country, as outlined below:

Free Shipping on Orders Over €200

  • Countries: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, France.

Free Shipping on Orders Over €300

  • Countries: Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Free Shipping on Orders Over €450

  • Countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain.

Free Shipping on Orders Over €600

  • Countries: Greece, Romania.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the destination and the weight or size of your order. Rates are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before finalizing your order.

VAT, Customs, and Duties

  • VAT: All product prices include VAT at the applicable rate based on the destination country within the European Union.
  • Customs and Duties: Customs and duties charges are not included in the product price. However, these are generally not a concern for shipments within the EU as there are no customs duties on goods sold between EU member states.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Below are the typical delivery lead-times for shipments from Belgium to other EU countries:

  • Neighboring Countries (e.g., Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, France): 1-3 business days.
  • Western and Central Europe (e.g., Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Czech Republic): 2-3 business days.
  • Southern Europe (e.g., Spain, Italy, Portugal): 3-4 business days.
  • Eastern Europe (e.g., Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania): 3-5 business days.
  • Northern Europe (e.g., Sweden, Finland): 3-5 business days.
  • Balkans (e.g., Greece, Bulgaria): 5-7 business days.

Please note that these are typical transit lead-times, and they may vary depending on several factors such as the specific location, workload, or any customs and border processing for non-Schengen Area countries.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that during periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Our trusted shipping partners include but are not limited to DPD, PostNL, DHL, Bpost. The selection of the carrier is determined by Riverton Equestrian.

Service point deliveries are only available via DPD. If you would like your order delivered to a DPD service point, please select this option at checkout, where available.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. For more information about our return policies, please visit our Returns Policy or contact returns@rivertonequestrian.com.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues and is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your order.
